After receiving a sign from the collection banks, our colleagues will empty the content of the containers, and the containers will be placed back to their original locations. Afterwards, we place a safety round sticker on the container, indicating the date of last emptying. The emptying is helped by a special lifting device installed on the vehicle, ensuring the fast and efficient emptying of the network of collection banks.
Following the collection from more than 30 thousand collection banks, the mixed elements are selected on a special selection table by hand. The different fractions will be placed in barrels with ADR certification or so-called big-bag sacs.
In terms of safe road transport, we have been cooperating with one of our important partner companies for more that ten years.
Our partners have achieved the application of high-tech solutions with many years of research work. As a result of this, a high recycle rate of alkali and other types of cells and batteries become available, which may result in an efficiency index of 90 percent.
The processing is started with grinding and performed phase by phase. After recycling, the cleaned ferrous metal will be provided to the metallurgy as a material, the zinc will be resold as a secondary raw material, and the extracted paper and plastic will be transferred to further recyclers.
